Delivery and payment

Delivery

We ship with Nova Poshta all over Ukraine: to a branch, a parcel locker or by courier. We take orders on the site 24/7 and usually hand them over for shipping within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, we send you the tracking number (TTN) to follow the parcel.

Delivery costs follow Nova Poshta rates; the recipient pays them when collecting the parcel.

Payment

• By card online via monobank (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The payment is charged at once. The bank processes the card details; we never see or store them.
• On receipt (cash on delivery): pay at the Nova Poshta branch or to the courier. Nova Poshta charges a fee for the money transfer at its own rates.

Prices on the site are in hryvnias. The price is fixed when you place the order.

If an item is out of stock

If an item turns out to be out of stock, we contact you before shipping. A card payment is refunded in full.
