Privacy policy

We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» and only as far as the shop needs it. The data controller is the Seller named in the «Terms of sale». For questions about your data, write to [email protected].

What we collect and why

• Orders: first and last name, phone, email (optional), Nova Poshta city and branch or delivery address, order contents, payment method and status — to fulfil and deliver the order, contact you about it and keep records.
• Messages: phone or email and the text of your message (a question, finding a part by model) — to reply to you.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type — to protect the shop from fraudulent orders and attacks.
• Visit statistics: which pages are viewed and where visitors come from — to improve the site. Cookies are used for this (our own, plus Google Analytics and advertising pixels when connected).

We never receive or store your card details: the bank processes them.

Cookies

Necessary cookies make the cart and checkout work. Analytics and advertising cookies help us understand how the site and our ads perform. You can turn off or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site and the cart work without analytics cookies.

Who we share data with

• Nova Poshta — delivering the order (name, phone, city and branch or address).
• monobank — online card payment.
• The supplier whose warehouse ships the item — sending the order (name, phone, city and branch).
• The email service — emails about your order.
• Google and Meta — anonymised visit and advertising statistics.

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to anyone else except where the law requires it.

How long we keep data

• Orders — as long as accounting and tax law requires (at least 3 years), and for the warranty period.
• Messages — until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its processing and withdraw your consent (Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection»). Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
