Terms of sale

This document is a public offer to conclude a distance contract for the sale of goods through the website https://bit-bit.com.ua (the Site) under Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine «On Electronic Commerce» and the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection». The terms are the same for every buyer. If the texts differ, the Ukrainian version prevails.

1. The Seller

Individual entrepreneur ФОП» Корягін Д.О. (the «Seller»). The Buyer is any person or company that places an order on the Site (the «Buyer»).

2. Subject of the contract

The Seller transfers to the Buyer ownership of the spare parts and accessories for household appliances (the Goods) ordered on the Site, and the Buyer accepts and pays for the Goods on the terms of this offer. Descriptions, photos, codes and compatibility of the Goods on the Site come from manufacturers and suppliers; a photo may differ from the Goods in details that do not affect their purpose.

3. Placing an order and accepting the offer

  • The Buyer places an order on the Site (24/7) or by phone, giving a name, phone number and delivery details.
  • Placing an order means the Buyer has read and accepts this offer. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order (by message or call).
  • If the Goods are out of stock or their price changed before confirmation, the Seller tells the Buyer; the Buyer may accept the new terms or cancel the order at no cost.

4. Price and payment

  • Prices on the Site are in hryvnias. The price of the Goods is fixed when the order is placed.
  • Payment methods are on the «Delivery and payment» page: on delivery (Nova Poshta cash on delivery; Nova Poshta charges its own money transfer fee) or online by card when checkout offers it.
  • The Buyer receives the proof of payment from the bank or Nova Poshta; on request the Seller provides an invoice.

5. Delivery and receipt

  • Nova Poshta delivers the Goods all over Ukraine: to a branch, a parcel locker or by courier. Times and costs are on the «Delivery and payment» page.
  • On receipt the Buyer inspects the parcel in the presence of Nova Poshta staff. If the packaging or the Goods are damaged or incomplete, the Buyer records it in a report with the carrier and may refuse the parcel; we will replace the Goods or refund the money.
  • Ownership and the risk of accidental damage pass to the Buyer when the Goods are received.

6. Returns and exchanges

Goods of proper quality can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if they have not been installed or used. Terms and steps are on the «Returns and exchanges» page.

7. Warranty and liability

  • The warranty period and terms for the Goods are set by their manufacturer; details are on the «Warranty» page. The Buyer's rights under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection» apply regardless.
  • The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect installation, improper use, mechanical damage, voltage surges or repairs of the appliance by unqualified persons.
  • The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the order details. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier or by incorrect details, but helps the Buyer resolve the matter with the carrier.
  • The Seller is not liable for damage caused by the appliance in which the Goods are installed if it results from incorrect installation or use.

8. Personal data

The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data only to fulfil the order and in line with the Privacy policy.

9. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failing to perform due to force majeure (hostilities, air-raid alerts, power cuts, natural disasters, decisions of public authorities) where these directly affected performance of the contract. Deadlines are extended for as long as these circumstances last.

10. Disputes

The parties settle disputes by negotiation: write to us or call, and we will reply within 7 days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved under the law of Ukraine; the Buyer may also contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

11. Other terms

The Seller may change this offer by publishing a new version on the Site. An order is governed by the version in force when it was placed.
