Blade for Zelmer meat grinders, size NR8. It sits on the auger with a square 10x10 mm hole, single-sided sharpening: fit it with the sharp edges facing the plate. A blunt blade crushes the meat and sinews wind around the auger. Check the plate too. If it is worn, a new blade will go blunt quickly.
